I played all of 7 hands in the WPBT event last night. Made one of the mistakes people tell you to avoid in Omaha. I pushed with the dumb ass end of a straight. Thus, I was the first one out.
It wasn't a good weekend of poker. Did ok playing TD, went deep in a tournament but didn't cash. I am thinking of hunkering down and playing more tournaments, getting back into that groove. Only problem there is I have to be in to work early and the best tournaments would be finishing around midnight to 1 am, leaving me with 4-5 hours of sleep.
Maybe that is a bridge I should learn to cross once I get there.

Love to see you back on the tournament circuit, man. And hey, I would kill to get 4-5 hours of sleep most nights. I have to be at work early too, and I don't even start playing online most nights till close to 10pm local time. Trust me, when you're winning a couple grand at a final table, you can easily go to work on less than an hour's sleep and be just fine.
Btw, interesting question of whether it's appropriate to critique someone's play on their own blog. I'm sure I've done it before. Maybe if they ask for it, it's ok. In any event, Bayne really is a good guy, I just think he didn't know (1) exactly how the hammer works, and (2) exactly who it was whose play he was insulting. He'll figure it out over time. I only hope he busts you from a blogger tournament one day with the hammer too. I'm sure you would enjoy the irony in that.
I wanted to play last night - but I have no idea how to read the board. I always forget the thing about having to use 2 cards in your hand!
